Reaper Breaks and Razzes FAQ

How long after a break do the cards get sorted? Cards from a break can be sorted 1 days after that break has taken place. If we have a backlog of breaks cards may no be sorted that day. 

How long after a break do cards get shipped? We will hold up 1one(1) day in some cases to consolidate shipping. 

How do cards get shipped? Anything at discretionary low value will get shipped non tracked via Regular Postage. If you buy into three or more breaks within a short period of time (3 or 4 days) we will consolidate and ship via parcel with tracking. If you have any special requests for shipping please contact us to arrange payment and method. 

How long does it take for cards to arrive after they have been shipped? That is something out of our control and really depends on the shipping provider we use and where in Australia you are. Regular non tracked mail can take anywhere from three business days to a month. Parcels usually take up to two weeks plus in some cases. Just be patient and it will get to you. 

How often do you ship? We post Monday to Friday after 2pm. 

How do I know when it is shipped? When you get an automated email from our website saying it has been shipped.

How long after it gets marked shipped does it actually ship? Usually within two business days.

How do I know when my break is? Check our facebook page a full schedule gets listed around 4pm to 6pm on the day prior to the breaks. Breaks will only run when they are FULL. 

How do I find the livestream? Our facebook page will have direct link when it starts posted there or not subscribe to our youtube channel and you will get an alert when the stream starts.

I have missed the livestream, can I watch the replay? Yes all of a day's breaks will be on a video. Link is always posted on our facebook page or just scroll through the youtube channel. Results on team random draws are on the Results tab on our website. 

What is a Reaper Break Or Reaper Razzes? Consist of individuals buying slots/s in an individual sealed box, a sealed case or a mixture of a number of sealed boxes. ALL other cards of your team will be sent including any Rookie Cards, Autos, Jersey/Memorabilia, Inserts, Numbered or Short Printed cards, Base Variants or Parallels and every other thing.

Buying a slot in a group break on reapercollectables.com means you are buying a digital good. Digital goods are not covered by Paypal buyers protection. Some slots will not receive any cards at all in some cases as their slot did not pull any cards during a group break. 

You can not request a refund after the break or razz has commenced. If you do ask for a refund prior to the break commencing it will have a 10% restock penalty.

We Break It Live: All reapercollectables.com group breaks will be conducted live on Reaper Collectables facebook channel.

Placement of Card: A card will be awarded to the team that is listed on the front or back of the card, not the jersey they are wearing. If there is no team name on the card then the card would be awarded to the team of the jersey that is being worn by the player. If no team is represented they will go to their current team if active, if retired they will go to the team they played longest for sorted by season. If same amount of seasons on a team it will go to the most amount of games played.

Multi-Player Cards: Cards that have multiple players on it will be randomised through random.org Three(3) times. An individual will receive as many spots as they do players on the card. For example if a person owns two of the three players then they would receive two spots in the randomisation of that card, and the other person would receive the third spot.

What different type of group breaks we provide: 

RANDOM TEAMS: When you purchase a slot through the website, the team you will receive will be dependent on a random draw via random.org which is conducted live on Facebook prior to the commencement of the break. All slots will be priced the same. Random.org draws will be randomised Three(3) times.

RANDOM TEAMS 3 PER SLOT: When you purchase a slot through the website, the team you will receive will be dependent on a random draw via random.org which is conducted live on facebook prior to the commencement of the break. All slots will be priced the same. Random.org draws will be randomised Three times names first followed directly by the team names.

RANDOM PACK : When you purchase a slot through the website, the slot you will receive will be dependent on a random draw via random.org which is conducted live on Facebook prior to the commencement of the break. All slots will be priced the same. Random.org draws will be randomised Three(3) times.

PICK YOUR TEAM: When you purchase a slot through the website, the slot you will receive will be dependent on a random draw via random.org which is conducted live on Facebook prior to the commencement of the break, when this has been run everyone will get their opportunity to pick their team(s) in order that they are drawn.
